Cancellation Policy

At Book Nest Travel, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring that our services are protected. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Cancellation Terms
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@booknesttravel.com or through your online account if available.
  • The cancellation policy is based on the time of notice prior to the scheduled travel date.
  • If you fail to attend your booked trip or do not inform us in advance of your cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
  • Bookings Cancelled More than 30 Days Before Travel: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the departure date, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees (such as third-party vendor deposits, visa processing, etc.).
  • Bookings Cancelled Between 15 to 30 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made within 15 to 30 days of the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Bookings Cancelled Less than 15 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund, and the full cost of the booking will be charged.
  • No Show: If you do not show up for your travel or fail to cancel within the specified time frames, no refund will be issued.
Special Terms for Non-Refundable Packages

Some travel packages may be subject to special non-refundable terms. These packages will be clearly indicated at the time of booking, and by booking them, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued if cancelled.

Changes to Bookings
  • Changing Dates: If you need to change the date of your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, change requests made less than 30 days before the travel date may incur additional charges.
  • Changing Package: If you wish to change your travel package, changes will be subject to availability and may incur a fee depending on the difference in package cost.
  • Please note that any changes are subject to the policies and terms of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.), and additional fees may apply.
Force Majeure

In the event that you are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a refund where applicable. However, we are not responsible for cancellations due to such events, and any applicable fees from third-party suppliers will still apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Depending on the payment method used, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

No Refund for Unused Services

No refund will be issued for unused services, including but not limited to missed flights, early checkouts from accommodations, or unused tour services.

Additional Conditions for Group Bookings

For group bookings (e.g., bookings for 5 or more travellers), a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to the terms provided at the time of booking for detailed group cancellation policies.
